This creamy & cheezy recipe is awesome for noodles (I like to use spiralized raw zucchini or cucumber), as a dip with cucumber slices, inside of wraps, or on top of tacos and nachos! The possibilities are endless.
1/4-1 avocado (use more or less depending on preferred fat intake)
1/2 peeled zucchini
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic (or 1/2 tbsp garlic powder)
squeeze lemon juice
1 tsp chili powder
1 green onion stalk
optional: 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
